This nose bag is made from tough breathabe PVC mesh with a PVC fabric base, and has hard-wearing 100% polyprop webbing strap. All seams are turned outwards and topstitched for added strength and easy cleaning. The no-fuss, UV-resistant plastic buckle allows the strap to be quickly adjusted to your preferred length. Available in multiple colour combinations - choose what colour PVC base and webbing you want to put with the black mesh. Nose bags are the best way to ensure your horse eats all that you offer it - no more feed being spilt or dropped as they eat, and no more bossy horses pushing their paddock mates out of their buckets or troughs. Nose bags are also a lot lighter and take up less room in the float or truck when heading away for the weekend and when you are home it is much easlier to sling several of these over your shoulder then to try and lug around the same number of buckets. They sure do make for a low stress feed time, no matter how many horses you have, whether you are at home or out in camp.

How to use
Before offering the bag to your horse the first time, ensure the strap is adjusted to be full length. Place your horses ration into the bag, offer the bag to your horse, once they put their nose in slip the strap over behind their ears. Grab the quick-release buckle and tilt it to adjust the strap so they have approximately 5 to 10 cm of space between their nose and the top of the feed. Leave the horse to eat their feed - they will quickly work they need to put their head down to push the bag on the ground to eat (this is why you leave a gap between the horses nose and their food). Once they have finished eating, simply slip the bag off their head, rinse out and tip upside down to dry. No need to adjust the bag again as it is now set to suit your horse.
